FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 4, 2007, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  

 

After the conclusion of the hearing in this matter, the parties entered into discussions in an effort to settle the complaint.  By fax, dated, and received at the Commission on, September 25, 2007, the parties submitted an agreement, which settled the complaint in this matter.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such agreement.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.      The complaint is hereby dismissed.
