Complainants,

against Docket #FIC 82-150

Town of Stafford, Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools of the Town of Stafford,

Respondents, May 13, 1987

The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing April 21, 1987, at which time neither of the parties appeared.

The matter had been scheduled for rehearing pursuant to the remand of Judge Miano in Board of Education of the Town of Stafford, et al. v. 1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.

Approved by order of the Freedom of Information Commission at its regular meeting of May 13, 1987.
