The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on October 2, 1986, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. Subsequent to the date of the hearing, the complainant contacted the Commission and indicated that there had been substantial compliance on the part of the respondents and that he no longer wished to pursue his complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
