A regular meeting of the Freedom of Information Commission was held on March 11, 2009, in the Freedom of Information Hearing Room, 18-20 Trinity Street, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting convened at 2:10 p.m. with the following Commissioners present:

Those in attendance were informed that the Commission does not ordinarily record the remarks made at its meetings, but will do so on request.
The Commissioners unanimously voted to adopt the minutes of the Commission’s regular meeting of February 25, 2009.

It is also found that, in the April 9th letter, the respondents sought clarification of the complaint’s request described in paragraph 2, above, stating: “We responded to this request on March 25, 2008. I do not understand what you are asking for in addition to what has been made available. Please advise.” In addition, it is found that, in early January 2008, the complainant had made a similar request to the respondents for the opportunity to view the Town’s billing records for cell phones issued to Ms. Trista Clyne/Milici.]
Paragraphs 5-27 that follow in the Hearing Officer’s Report are now renumbered as paragraphs 4-26.
