The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on May 19, 2011, at which time the complainants and respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.
Following the hearing, by letter dated September 13, 2011, the respondents filed a motion with the Commission to dismiss the complaint. However, by letter dated and filed September 16, 2011, the complainants informed the Commission that they wished to withdraw their complaint. The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby
dismissed.
