FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 21, 2011, at which time both the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony and argument on the complaint. A continued hearing was scheduled for July 25, 2011 in order to provide the parties with an opportunity to agree to and implement terms for the settlement of this case.

 

By email dated July 13, 2011, the complainant informed the Commission that she wished to withdraw her complaint in the above captioned matter.

 

The Commission takes administrative notice of the complainant’s withdrawal and recommends the following order on the basis of the record:

 

1.      Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
