The above-captioned matter was scheduled for hearing as a contested case on October 21, 2010, at which time the respondents appeared, but the complainant failed to appear. Counsel for the respondents introduced exhibits showing that, by letter dated June 24, 2010, the requested contracts concerning half-way house services had been furnished to the complainant. The records were furnished without charge, based upon the complainant’s claim that he was indigent.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
