FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on July 26, 2010, at which time both the complainants and the Department of Administrative Services respondents appeared and presented testimony and argument on the complaint. At the hearing, the Department of Information Technology respondents were added as parties.

 

By letter dated August 6, 2010, the complainants informed the Commission that they wished to withdraw their complaint in the above captioned matter.

 

The Commission takes administrative notice of the complainants’ withdrawal and recommends the following order on the basis of the record:

 

1.      Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
