            The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 21, 2010, at 11:30 a.m., at which time the respondents appeared.  The complainant did not appear. 

 

The administrative record in this matter indicates that the complainant filed a withdrawal of the complaint with the Commission on July 20, 2010.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

                                                                       

1.       The complaint is hereby dismissed.
