The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 19, 2010, at which time the complainant Ellen L. F. Strauss and the respondents appeared. The complainant Mark R. Holofcener did not appear.
At the hearing in this matter, the complainant Strauss stated that she wished to withdraw the complaint in Docket #FIC 2010-114.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
