FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on May 11, 2010, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, and jointly requested that the matter be continued so that they might attempt settlement of the complaint.  Such request was granted. 

 

On May 26, 2010, the complainant filed a withdrawal of the complaint with the Commission.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.  

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
