The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on December 15, 2009, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  For purposes of hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2009-288; Kimberly Albright Lazzari and Anthony Lazzari v. Chief, Police Department, City of New Haven; and Police Department, City of New Haven.

 

Upon the motion of the respondents, and without objection by the complainants, this matter is dismissed because it is identical to Docket #FIC 2009-288.  

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.      The complaint is hereby dismissed.
