FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT

           

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 22, 2009, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  The case was consolidated with docket #FIC 2009-026, Kimberly Albright Lazzari and Anthony Lazzari v. Commissioner, State of Connecticut, Department of Motor Vehicles, et al.  At the conclusion of the hearing, the parties reached a stipulated agreement in settlement of both complaints.  The respondents agreed to provide motor vehicle registration and title information to the complainants corresponding to the vehicle and market plates identified by the complainants; and the complainants agreed to withdraw their complaint.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is dismissed.
