The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on February 5, 2008 and February 29, 2008, at which times the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. At the conclusion of the February 29, 2008 hearing, the complainant requested that the complaint in this matter be withdrawn.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such request.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
