The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on January 29, 2008, at 2:00 P.M., at which time the respondent appeared, but the complainant did not appear to prosecute the case.  For purposes of hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket #FIC 2007-490; Jeffrey Paul Thompson v. Dean of Students, State of Connecticut, Gateway Community College.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

1.      The complaint is hereby dismissed.
