The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 9, 2007, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. 

 

Following the conclusion of the hearing, the parties reached an off-the-record agreement in settlement of the complaint, and the complainants withdrew their complaint.

 

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is dismissed.

 

2.  The parties are commended for reaching a negotiated settlement.
