FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT

            

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 27, 2007, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. 

 

            In the course of the hearing, the parties reached an agreement in settlement of the complaint.  The agreement provides that:

 

            1.  The respondent will provide the complainant with copies of the requested records.

 

            2.  The respondent will waive any fee for the copies.

 

3.  The complainant will withdraw his complaint.

 

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  The complaint is dismissed.
