The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 9, 2007, at which time the respondent appeared.  East Hampton Town Manager, Alan Bergren, whose records were at issue in this case, also appeared and petitioned to intervene in these proceedings.  Pursuant to § 1-21j-31(a) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, Mr. Bergren was granted party status, without objection. 

 

The complainants, however, failed to appear at the hearing on this matter. 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
