            The above-captioned matter was consolidated for hearing with Docket #FIC 2007-062, Paul Frechette v. Warden, State of Connecticut, Department of Correction, Brooklyn Correctional Institution.  The matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on May 2, 2007 at 9:30 a.m., at which time the respondent appeared but the complainant failed to appear.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.                  The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
