FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT

 

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on February 8, 2007, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. 

           

On April 17, 2007, a Report of Hearing Officer (“the Report”) was mailed to the parties.  By letter dated April 12, 2007, and received by the Commission on April 17, 2007, the complainant requested that the complaint in this matter be withdrawn.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such letter. 

 

Based upon the foregoing, the Report was withdrawn by the hearing officer and the parties were notified of such withdrawal on April 27, 2007.

 

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1. Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
