FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION

The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on September 27, 2005, at which time, the complainant and the respondent appeared and informed the Commission that they reached an agreement in resolution of the complaint.  Based upon the agreement, the complainant withdrew the complaint.  The above-captioned matter was consolidated for purposes of hearing with contested case docket #FIC 2005-132, Scott Coleman v. Barbara Gilbert, Town Manager, Town of Rocky Hill; Glenn King, Chairman, Economic Development Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Economic Development Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Nadine Bell, Chairman, Board of Education, Rocky Hill Public Schools; Board of Education, Rocky Hill Public Schools; Brian Dillon, Chairman, Planning and Zoning Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Planning and Zoning Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Tony LaRosa, Chairman, Public Safety Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Public Safety Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Pat Dawson, Chairman, Redevelopment Agency, Town of Rocky Hill; Redevelopment Agency, Town of Rocky Hill; Frank Szeps, Chairman, Stormwater Management Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Stormwater Management Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; Marti Stiglich, Chairman, Waste Management Commission, Town of Rocky Hill; and Waste Management Commission, Town of Rocky Hill.

           

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
