The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on September 27, 2005, at which time, the complainant and the respondents appeared and informed the Commission that they reached an agreement in resolution of the complaint.  Based upon the agreement, the complainant withdrew the complaint.  The above-captioned matter was consolidated for purposes of hearing with contested case docket #FIC 2005-315, Scott Coleman v. Silas Deane Revitalization Committee, Town of Rocky Hill

           

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
