The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on September 1, 2005, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared.  At the hearing on this matter, the complainant indicated that he wished to withdraw his complaint and provided a letter, dated August 29, 2005, to that effect.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
