The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on June 21, 2005, at which time neither the complainants nor the respondent appeared.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

1.      The complaint is hereby dismissed.

 

2.      The Commission strongly admonishes the complainants for their failure to notify the Commission that they did not intend to prosecute their complaint, which failure resulted in the waste of valuable and scarce state resources.
