The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on June 7, 2004, at which time the respondent appeared, however, the complainant failed to appear to prosecute the complaint.  For purposes of hearing, contested case docket #s FIC 2004-043, Valerie Brachet v. State of Connecticut, University of Connecticut Health Center, Health Center Administration, and FIC 2004–059, Valerie Brachet v. State of Connecticut, University of Connecticut Health Center, Health Center Administration, were consolidated with the above-captioned case. 

           

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute.
