The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on January 15, 2004, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared.  For purposes of hearing, this matter was consolidated with Docket# FIC 2003-316; Lorri Cavaliere v. Superintendent of Schools, Amity Regional School District #5, and Docket #FIC 2003-335; Lorri Cavaliere v. Superintendent of Schools, Amity Regional School District #5.  At the hearing, the complainant informed the Commission that the parties had amicably settled this matter, and thereupon withdrew her complaint.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.

 

            2.  The Commission commends the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this case.
