             The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on July 24, 2003, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  The hearing officer issued a report on September 18, 2003, which was considered by the Commission at its regular meeting of October 8, 2003.  At such time, the Commission remanded the matter to the hearing officer.  By letter dated October 15, 2003, the complainants informed the Commission that the parties had settled this matter, and that the complainants wished to withdraw their complaint.  The complainants also requested that the Commission vacate any outstanding orders in this matter.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed and any outstanding orders are hereby vacated.
