The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on January 8,
2003, and after the Commission provided an extended period for the parties to
consummate a settlement, a continued hearing was scheduled for June 17, 2003.
The parties received notice of the June 17, 2003 hearing, but neither the
complainants nor the respondent appeared.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the
basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed for failure to prosecute.
