The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on February 6, 2002 and March 6, 2002, at which times the complainant and the respondent appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint, after which the parties engaged in a lengthy discussion in an effort to settle the complaint.

After the March 6, 2002 hearing, the complainant and the respondent reached an agreement that settled the complaint.  By letter dated March 14, 2002, the complainant informed the Commission that she wished to withdraw her complaint.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
