The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on June 20, 2002, at which time the complainants and the respondent appeared and informed the Commission that they have entered into the attached Stipulation, which is fully incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety, regarding the findings, conclusions and order with respect to this complaint.  The parties requested that the Commission accept the stipulation in full resolution of the complaint and the Hearing Officer granted such request. 

           

Based on the foregoing, no further order is deemed necessary.
