The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on December 18, 2001, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, and the hearing officer continued the matter so that the parties might attempt settlement of the complaint. On March 25, 2002, the complainant filed notice of withdrawal of his complaint with the Commission.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
2. The Commission commends the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
