            The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 28, 2001, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint.  During the hearing the parties reached the following agreement in resolution of the complaint:

 

the respondents will provide to the complainant by July 10, 2001 and the complainant will accept, a copy of the Complex Wardens’ investigation file records.

           

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  Based on the agreement reached by the parties, and the understanding of Hearing Officer, this matter is hereby resolved and the complaint is therefore dismissed.
