            The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on February 27, 2001, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and informed the Commission that there was no need for a hearing because the respondent brought the records requested by the complainant, and provided them to her and the complainant therefore agreed to withdraw the complaint.

           

            The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

1.      The complaint is hereby dismissed.
