The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on February 21, 2001, at which time neither the complainant nor the respondents appeared.
However, by letter dated and filed February 20, 2001, the complainant informed the Commission that the parties reached an agreement in resolution of the complaint.
Consequently, the following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is dismissed.
