and the matter was continued at the request of the undersigned hearing officer.  However, by letter dated and received on January 19, 2001 the complainant indicated that he wished to withdraw his complaint. 

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
