The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 1, 2000, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared and presented certain exhibits on the complaint. At such time, the parties requested that the hearing officer continue this matter to allow them time to attempt settlement of the complaint and also stated that, should they reach a resolution of such matter prior to the continued hearing, the complainants would file a notice of withdrawal with the Commission. The hearing was continued to November 27, 2000 at 10:00 A.M. On November 22, 2000, the complainants filed a notice of withdrawal with the Commission.
The following order by the
Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the
above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed.
2. The Commission commends
the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
