The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on September 20, 2000, at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and reached an agreement regarding the complaint.  Subsequent to reaching said agreement the complainant withdrew its complaint in the above-caption matter.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.

 

            1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
