The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 15, 2000 and scheduled to be continued on July 25, 2000.  On July 24, 2000, the parties informed the Commission that they had reached the terms of an agreement in resolution of this contested case, as set forth in the attached “Stipulation” document.  In light of the agreement entered into by all sides, the complainant withdrew the complaint.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

 

1.  The Commission commends all parties for having resolved the complaint    without the need for a continued hearing in this matter.

 

2.  The complaint is dismissed.
