The above-captioned matter was
scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 23, 2000, at which time the
complainant and the respondent appeared.
During an informal conference, the complainant agreed to withdraw the
complaint in this matter.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the
basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed.
2. The Commission
commends the parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
