The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested
case on September 28, 1999, at which time the complainant and the respondents
appeared and at which time the parties agreed to settle the complaint.
Pursuant to their settlement, the respondents provided the complainant
with the records that were at issue in this case and the complainant advised
the undersigned hearing officer that he wished to withdraw his complaint.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby
dismissed.
