The above-captioned matter was heard on September 2, 1999, at which time the complainant, the respondents and the North Branford Federation of Teachers, Local 3869, CFEPE, AFT, AFL-CIO (“the union”) appeared.  The union was granted intervenor status, limited to presenting argument before the Commission.

 

After extensive discussion, the parties resolved the complaint by entering into an agreement, following which the complainant withdrew the complaint.  The Commission commends all the parties for their efforts in resolving their earlier differences.

 

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
