Respondents May 12, 1999

        The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on April 5, 1999, at which time the complainants and the respondents reached the terms of an agreement in resolution of this contested case. Specifically, the respondents provided the complainants with a copy of the record at issue in this case, which was a particular correspondence from Electrical Contractors, Inc. to the respondent city. In return for this concession, the complainants agreed to withdraw their complaint.

        At the hearing in this matter, Electrical Contractors, Inc. requested and was given intervenor status.

        The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

        1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.

        2. The Commission commends all parties for reaching a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
