The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 28, 1999, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. After the hearing on this matter, the parties reached a satisfactory agreement which settled the issues in this case. By letter dated June 2, 1999 and filed with this Commission on June 3, 1999, the complainant indicated that he no longer wished to pursue his complaint.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint.
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
