Respondents December 9, 1998
	The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on October 8, 1998, at 
which time the complainants and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, 
exhibits and argument on the complaint.
	During the course of such hearing, the complainants and the respondents reached 
the terms of an agreement in resolution of this contested case.  Specifically, the 
complainants offered to withdraw their complaint since, during the course of the hearing, 
they were provided with information regarding their request for records related to the 
CDA funds for police van source, and amounts for purchase/maintenance thereof.
	The Commission warmly commends both the complainants and the respondents for 
working successfully to resolve this matter.  
	The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the 
record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
	1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
