The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on January 7, 1998, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared in order to present testimony and argument on the complaint. Following an informal conference prior to the January 7, 1998 hearing, which included review of the Commission’s final decision in Docket #FIC 95-299 as well as the other forums which are currently involved in dispute resolution relating to the Eno Farms community, the complainant informed the Commission that she wished to withdraw her complaint.

        The Commission warmly commends the complainant and also the respondents for working successfully to achieve a non-litigated settlement of their earlier differences.

        The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

        1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
