The
above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on September 30, 1997, at
which time the complainants and the respondent appeared, and presented
testimony and argument on the complaint. The matter was scheduled for a
continued hearing to be held on October 28, 1997. However, on October 24, 1997,
the complainants informed the Commission that they wished to withdraw their
complaint.
The
Commission warmly commends the complainants for exercising the good judgment
that was necessary to bring about a non-litigated settlement of this matter.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
