The
above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on October 24, 1997, at
which time the complainant and the respondent appeared, stipulated to certain
facts, and presented testimony and argument on the complaint. Following a
recess of the October 24, 1997 hearing, the complainant informed the Commission
that she wished to withdraw her complaint.
The
Commission commends the complainant for exercising the good judgment that was
necessary to bring about a non-litigated settlement of this matter, and
commends the respondent as well for providing certain records to the
complainant and for providing appropriately informative testimony at the
hearing.
The
following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the
record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
