The agreement between the parties in the above captioned matters, dated July 24, 1997 ("agreement"), is hereby accepted and approved, as recommended by the ombudsman in his transmittal report of July 25, 1997. The above captioned matters are deemed administratively withdrawn.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaints:
1. The hearing officers designated to hear the renewed appeals described in the agreement will hold hearings on each such appeal within "approximately 30 days after receiving a written request for a hearing."
