In the Matter of a Complaint by Gary B. Kelly, Complainant
against
Benefits Manager, Office of Workers Compensation, City of Bridgeport; and City of Bridgeport,  Respondents

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 14, 1997, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, and presented testimony and argument on the complaint. During a recess of the April 14, 1997 hearing, the complainant and the respondent reached the general terms of an agreement in resolution of this contested case. On May 9, 1997, the complainant informed the Commission that he wished to withdraw his complaint.

The Commission warmly commends both the complainant and the respondents for working successfully to negotiate a non-litigated settlement of their earlier differences.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
