The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on December 18, 1996, at which time the complainants and the respondent appeared, indicated that they had reached an agreement in settlement of their dispute and requested additional time to reduce such agreement to writing. The Hearing Officer granted the parties until January 31, 1997 to settle their dispute.
By letter dated January 28, 1997 and filed with the Commission on January 30, 1997, the complainants withdrew their complaint indicating that the parties had settled their dispute.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. The complaint is dismissed.
